Firstly, dont use more than 2 hashtags, 99.9% , of them have nothing to do with the topic.

 

When you say cant add payment, do you mean the direct debit option? If you cant skip it., best to use method 3 below and phone BdC for support on those main public lines. Any of them regardless of location can be used.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Welcome to Booking.com. Did you mean that you're unable to add what type of payments you accept at the property? This can be edited and updated once you have registered the property in the Property Tab > Policies > Other Policies section.
