called booking.com many times no one knows why we got terminated and cant find article 7.3c (xv)... ?

21 September 2021 Dear Partner, We’re sending this email to inform you that your accommodation agreement with us has been terminated effective immediately. This decision was made due to a breach of article 7.3c (xv) in the General Delivery Terms. We request that you honor all existing reservations made through our site prior to the termination date, regardless of whether or not the guest's departure date is before or after this date. Furthermore, we ask that you pay any outstanding commission invoices, including—when relevant—the accrued interest. If you have any questions or concerns, reach out to your account manager or Local Partner Services.   1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
