Do not get answer on my messages from booking.com

I have sent a lot of messages on booking.com, but they do not answer me - what can I do to reach them?

entirely depends on how you did it.

did you try to do by ermail, then yes that will fail as there is no PS team email address.

Never post action requests here, no one in BdC Partner Support team nor Finance Team have visibility here.


 

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

We're completely with you on this! 

We send messages relating to specific enquires and get a 'bog standard automated response' that takes no account of any information we put into the question. 

 

It's almost as if they don't care about having us as a partner! (😂).

 

They don't listen to what you say until at least the fourth time of asking, and even then, try to fob you off with absolute garbage as to why they can't resolve your issue!

 

If only I had the guts, or could afford to terminate our contract with them!
