First Guests not replying to my messages

I have a little of a situation here and need assistance.

It it my first guest. I it a self check in as I don't live in the same country.

They have called to let me know they have arrived but not after they have entered the flat.

They entered on 30/08/21 and they should leave by 04/09/21.

I have sent them a message yesterday but did not receive any reply.

I just wanted to find out everything is ok ... shall I send them another message or shall I call them or just wait and leave them alone?

I just like to keep the communication...also it is my first experience in this flat so I would like to know..


Please advise...

Best to phone Partner Support and have them reach out




Never post action requests here, no one in BdC Partner Support team nor Finance Team have visibility here.


Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
