Guests never showed up

I am very new to this booking.com. There was some guest who had done some booking for my property. They never turned up for the stay. I even sent a message to them thru the pulse platform that they should inform if they don't turn up. Now booking.com has invoiced me for comission for that whole stay. How do I go about it. I had sent an email to them but no response. Now I have received an email that they will remove my property if I don't pay. Any help will be appreciated.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
