How many days does booking.com take to complete their Location Verfiication process?

Hi,

Its been two months that 3 of my hotels listed on booking.com are closed for location verification. I have been constantly following up with the partner support team but still there is no use. Everytime i call them and ask them for a senior person to come over the call and help me sort out the issue they are not helping and neither is there a response from the team to finish of the process.

I am loosing out revenues and i am stuck in this issue for a long time. I request if anyone can help me with a way out to get the process done .

Hello there. Welcome to the club. The facility will not open. I've been waiting since September 27. There are facilities that have not been approved for 200 days. There is no one working at Booking. They just have employees who respond like robots. Register on another site before it's too late.

Hi Aysin,

We do understand your frustrations and the team working on this forum has passed this on to who we are able to. We are indeed actual humans and not robots and are doing our best to assist you with your concerns. Thank you for your patience.

Even if you weren't a robot, you became more and more like a robot.

Hi Geoff,

I also sorry to hear of your frustrations and annoyance. It is disappointing to hear that you are not able to operate as hoped.

To clarify one point, hotels.com is not owners by the same company as booking.com, it is in fact a completely separate company, the same owner as Expedia actually so if you are blocked with them as well I would suggest reaching out to them too to be on their list.

Thank you!

Hi Rakesh,

Thank you for reaching out.  If you haven't already please contact the Partner Support team to be sure this has been noted and escalated to the relevant department to be sorted out. We currently have a backlog of properties to verify and the relevant team has been made aware of this issue. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and the team will contact you as soon as possible. Unfortunately I do not have a turnaround time for this at this stage.

there isn't even a field where to put the verification code. Very unprofessional to make a site this complicated, I have tried for two days, followed all instructions and thinking of just deleting the whole property. If that's even possible...
