I can't be a partner in the booking taxi

I have been working with booking.com suppliers in my country for a long time. As a subcontractor. Because my fleet is large, my operation works perfectly. But I cannot be a booking.com taxi partner directly. I can not communicate. The account manager responsible for my country sees my emails but does not speak to me.

I have been providing taxi services to booking.com customers for a long time, as a subcontractor of other suppliers. Why can't I work directly for booking.com myself? I'm tired of paying an extra 20-30% commission to other suppliers.

There are customer satisfaction, problems in customer pick-up and many unfair issues. Is there no responsible, employee or manager who can really help me?
