Location confirmation not received

Hello everyone! For the first time we registered a campsite, but for more than 1 month the confirmation of the location has not been received. (( Nobody contacted the specified contacts, and no letters came to the mail.

Can you please tell me what needs to be done to pass the moderation as soon as possible?

Hi Kanat,

The PIN confirmation will be sent to the address that you've provided. Have you tried getting in contact with Booking.com? Really, the best way is to speak with Booking.com as no one will be able to advise of your status. Please see this link.

As this is a real and very persistent subject, if you look at all the messages on this board. Therefore real help should be provided, instead of generic referrals to contact Partner Services.
