Location verification

My announce was up on booking.com during 12 hours before it got blocked. During those 12 hours I managed to book 6 stays. The reason why booking marked my apartment non-reservable is because they need to verify the location of the apartment(which i do get).  It has been a week now. i have been calling them every day. The person on the other end of the line is very kind but can't do anything about it. "Booking will contact you for a video call" is all I get, but i am still waiting for that call. 

In mean time, booking is starting to cancel the réservations that were made and approching (I still have several dates blocked by booking reservations that Im sure will all be cancelled ) 

Does anyone have experiance with similar situation or a phone number I should contact to get it resolved?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
