My b&b is listed in Cordoba instaed of Priego de Cordoba

Never post action requests here, no one in BdC Partner Support team nor Finance Team have visibility here.


 

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thanks for your help., but when I get to the see all contacts options button nothing happens!

Maybe you have another layout in messages, like mine?

Select:

Inbox (tab)

Booking.com messages (drop down menu)

Compose new message (button)

Pick a support topic (drop down menu)

 

BDC contact

If you have an account manager or local office to phone the details will appear where I have redacted mine.

If you have a separate account with Agoda it would be best to contact them via their YCS app. It will be faster that way and at 100km difference you'll be wanting that corrected ASAP.

If, however, your Agoda listing is only by affiliation with BDC then do as BrookAve  suggests above.
