Request to change location of the property

I already changed the location on map by moving pin so the location on the map is correct now. However, the information of the location has not changed. I would like to know how to solve these and I have not received the mail of confirmation of location letter yet. I am afraid that it will not come because my property is on the island in which there is possible to loss. Please advise if there are any quicker ways to confirm a new location. Thanks in advance.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
