Verification

Hi all,

It seems this question is being posed almost every day. How on earth do you get your property verified. We have  now been trying for months to do this.

First BdC would send a code via snailmail. As this code didm't arrive for 6 weeks, we contacted the serviceteam and they told us that due to Covid (?!?) codes were no longer send by mail.

So we made a movie only to find out that you can no longer upload it on the extranet.

For the rest: lots of sympathy from BdC staaf via messaging and telephone. Loads of promises that it will be arranged in 2/4/7/14 days. Please bear with us. etc. etc..

What is the magic trick to get verified? Anyone please help.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Brookave,

I see you're posting this cut and past answer a lot. I'm not sure you consider yourself  a self proclaimed moderator,but this is not helpful, especcially not as the problem (verification) is something a lot of new owners struggle with AND as I mentioned, there is no helpful reaction at all via the message function you promote. Did you read the message at all?   

I'm not sure why you do this. Is it just to collect points? I consider your contributions as spam.
