Why can we not deduct the money from the guests credit card details if they don't show? We tried to deduct the first night, as per booking.com rules, but we get "declined" on our speedpoint. Did anybody ever was able to get money from no shows?
Why does it take so long to get a code from booking.com????? Phone calls and emails have been done but no code yet. We keep getting the message that a code has been send but nothing was received.
After several attempts to get our code, we are still waiting. We do get emails saying that the code was send on a specific date but up to now we have received zero. Phone calls and mails have been done and send but no reaction. Can someone please help?
