That's the address I used previously and will use again. I can't stress enough guys they'll make you go all the way - for ever one person that issues court proceedings another 10 won't bother. It's worth there while not to engage with us. We can keep each other informed on here or FB via the new chat site.
BDC are a piece of work! Just had an invoice from them for one of the guests I had to cancel (with plenty of warning) due to their missing payment. £163.50! Something else to add to my small claim.
Just posted my letter off today, to their Cambridge address, seeking compensation. They won't answer, the letter is just to show the court I have written to them. I will give them 2 weeks and then fill out the small claims paper work online.
Also, check your invoices guys , especially for any cancellations where you are still due to be paid. I found an error of £255 - guess what, not in my favour! Happy hunting.

Thats a good idea Khris, I have taken BDC to the small claims before on another matter and they just ignore all communications or threaten to add additional fees on your account. Even when you do get a judgement against them, which I did, getting payment is another matter. I had to copy the judgement onto their twitter feed for a month before they eventually paid up. I am afraid we WILL have to take them all the way. UNLESS a group action is the way forward?

Holiday in Skye, I am sorry to hear that, shocking. They have time to moderate posts on here but not pay their hosts! So much for the 'partnership' that they drone on about. I have had no reply on my request for a return of Aprils commission.

Having been paid out this morning I am now able to cook for my guests tomorrow morning. I feel like such a *** for leaving them in the lurch this morning because they are a really nice retired foresome and one of the guys is a retired copper from France. I did my stint under the blue lamp too in London. This is what this debacle has done - as well as the obvious cold hard financial problems, stress, lack of communication - it has caused us to lower our usual high standards and damage our guest relationships. So much for a 'PARTNERSHIP'. I am making it my mission to get compensation. I have already asked for the commission to be refunded to me- We shall see how that goes.
