DordogneMT and Tania,you are right.I made business with Airbnb and they were always correct and on line.
I could not imagine tj have so many problems with BOOKING.My guest had paid all in May and I cant get anything till now.Also they are liers and have no respect to us.They charge so high for their comissions and send many letters only about their comissions -but where are our money?
What reputation do they want to have with clients?
I am the owner of apartment and I can not recieve my money from BOOKING also!The dont respect Contract,dates of payment (till 15 of July 2018) and ignore my letters,calls.Their Finance department did not contact me ( as they have promised to do).
Also they lie - I was said that my bank details are incorrect -even they are absolutely correct and I have confirmation of my bank about it!
I had already presented new information and my another bank detail - but BOOKING still did not pay me!

Booking did not pay me also( I am the owner of apartment).They lie that bank code is incorrect - even it is fully OK.I gave then another bank detail and called them.They peomised to contact me to finance department.Nobody called me back !How to do?Could someone help me with an advise,please?
