By coincident I am dealing with the same topic for the past 2 days. I called Booking and the agent told me that I would have to have the account created in the same country where the property would be located (in your case Poland). The reason is you will have to follow the local tax payments (differs from country to country) and it will be calculated based on the rent income you will have from Polish property, reflected in your Polish bank account.
On the other side I am not really sure how this is going to work. Does it mean that I will have to travel to other country to set-up new bank account? Will I have an access to bank account abroad? I am just at the beginning of this search.
If there is anyone who has the property in other country then he/she lives and can share the best practice we would very appreaciate your advice.
Thank you. Lucie.
