Gus_cookeYes it does when booking.com send a review email to the guest and the question on the their sight to to answer and it gets posted on your reviews and it doesn't let you reply. Not far for the innkeeper.
Innkeeper should have the option to leave a comment I'm any review it's bad
Believe that some of these questions have made for bigger property like Hotels- Resorts but you need to make surveys for smaller properties like: bed n breakfast is little Inns something smaller that a large scale similar question searches I'm too off the beaten path for a small inn
I have an idea why can we change the format and gets our guest who are checking in to list how they are arriving :by car, plane, train, bike, or Public transportation. Sometime we are in the middle of having dinner or missing because we have no idea when the guess is arriving Its just two of us. Maybe they are arriving super early and our check in is at 3 pm not 7 am guests are still sleeping and they want to check in now. What can we do to remind our new guest that check in is 3pm.

Make them want to come there offer loco food and dinners if there is no dinning placed close by that is what we did here we are in a well traveled city but our Inn is on the edge of town in a food desert only fast food and not that good. So I offer dinner to make their stay a little more Pleasing. 4 to 10 courses Depending on the crowd.
