I have the same experiences. My listing is also no stated as SOLD OUT but remain bookable. I am so despirate.
So sad as I worked so hard for my listing.
I hope their customer service can address this issue.
Need help asap, I have the same problem and the website is telling me that they will close my listing today Nov 20, 2019 if no room available. I have set my rooms available but it still says SOLD OUT.
I am new here in B.com and my listing was just live 3 days ago.Please I badly needed help as per below:
1. I received an email form B.com stating "Kindly be advised that your property is currently set-up to pay by credit card when paying your commission invoices" do this mean that I need to register a credit card as ways of paying B.com for their commission? If so, where I can find this part of registering credit card as they payment mode of my listing is Bank Transfer.
2. I have no credit card but I will be using my sister's credit card. Is this applicable in b.com's policy.
3. A client paid for her booking via bank deposit, how can I pay b.com for their commission as they have not submitted me their invoices.
