Hi, have you had any problems with guests not wanting to pay the refundable security deposit? I would like to do this as we have had someone stain the carpet but don't want to loose bookings.. We currently do not have a cleaning fee included in our rental..
I agree as a host we cannot screen our guests (which can be done though AirBnB) we find some leave the room in a mess but we have no say in who books.
This is my first payment to Booking.com via Direct Deposit and so far it is not showing as paid (10 days later). Now I am not sure whether I have paid it correctly. How can I find out?
