Booking.com are not affected. The guest will choose another of there PARTNERS properties to stay at so they still get there commission.
The guest is not always right. It is not right to act worse than feral animals towards others, Or to call people liars and thieves and criminals on a public forum this is slander and damaging to peoples business.
Be carefully how you respond as booking.com will use anything they can from your response to penalise you.
We have been called the same in 2 reviews and because of our response were removed from the booking site and had to fight to be put back on.
They can post pretty much what they like. Can call us what they want and say what they want b.com don't care as long as they get their commission!!!!!!!!

The report guest misconduct should have the same time frame a guests have to review us.
I have had this conversation with them many time and nothing changes.
They call us partners but we are treated as a tool for them to use to make money. We are not important only the person making payment so they get their commission.
