Blocked account

I didn't receive a letter with a code to verify my location and my account got blocked. How can I speed up the verification process? Did someone experience something similar? How long does it take or how does booking proceed?

Unfortunately we are still blocked while I am writing this. It's been over two months now, I have called several times and the operator always promised to get us call backs and I have wrote so many mails.

It is really disappointing that such a huge company doesn't care at all.

And we still hosted people after account and payment was blocked, because booking said we cannot just cancel the already made bookings and we can't get any payment for this also...

So my experience is the same with some others bad reviews here...
