Booking closed min accommodation for a quality review process.

Any one have an idea about how long it takes booking with his quality review.

I received an email indicating that my accommodation will be temporarily closed since I am going through a quality review process, the problem is that during this process my accommodation appears closed and I don't know how long it takes and so far no one has contacted me, Can someone help me with this ?
