can i cancel the room if quest doesn't follow check-in instruction and requrement?


A negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR test result is mandatory to check-in to this property, if no show of such result on check-in date or Guest refuse to send it upon request before check-in date. Can i cancel the room ? even on the check-in date? or can i say no to the Guest and not allow him to access the room? What will be happening to the fee paid by the Guest?  forfeit or refund ?

  what should I do? please recommend.

as long as you have stated the requirements in the New Reservation, click Request Cancelation, option1, then phone partner support to free up the room


you can also set that requirement under  Property > view Desc : Fine print list.


If they prepaid and you set up the cancel policy correctly then yes.


yes you can refuse entry if  onarrival still they have no test result.
