Frustrated by the lack of support from Booking.com

We are wildly frustrated by the lack of support from Booking.com.

We have taken over a Bed & Breakfast which is already listed on booking.com, and the previous owner made a change of ownership request at booking.com a week ago. Immediately after, we received an email from Booking.com, where we had to enter some information about our company, to have the account transferred to us.....

We have not heard anything from the booking.com since then, and when we try to call them, we are met by a supporter from a call center who can barely speak or understand English. When we finally get the situation explained to the supporter, we are told that they are working on it and will return soon but cannot give any specific information or transfer to somebody who actually knows something. We have also tried to write to the booking.com support team, but here we are also met by supporters who know nothing...

My question is therefore, is there anyone in this community who has been in the same situation and can give us an indication of how much longer we have to wait for the transfer of ownership to go through?

Likewise, I would like to hear if there is anyone who might have some tricks on how to get in touch with a representative from Booking.com who can actually help us further?

We are wildly frustrated, and this are by no means the good start to a partnership with booking.com that we had hoped for.

its  aroll of the dice and time of day as to which team location responds, you just have to keep ringing, 


ideally depending on your Time zone ,try early morning versus after 3pm.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
