How to change the type of accommodation

I did not choose the right category when registering my accommodation but I do not know how to bring the modification. I can see now it shows up as Mobile Home in the ad on Booking.com while it is a house.

Anyone who could help me solve this problem please.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Dear Joyce,

Welcome to the Partner Community and thank you for reaching out to us.

You need to send us a message trough your "Inbox" tab in the extranet requesting a change of the type of your accommodation. It usually takes a couple of days somebody to get back to you.

Once we confirm the change, you can update the room information from the "Property" tab -> "Room details" -> "Edit".
