How to contact booking.com???

I am new here and trying to find out how to reopen a resort that is already on booking.com as new manager. The problem is that the previous manager can not help me as he claims to not have the userid or password to login and do not have access to the email used before. So I have searched for days to find a way to contact a real person at booking.com or at least send an email. As I can not find any answer in all the autobots and helptexts. Does anyone have a clue about what to do?

I have tried following the instructions I find ie. "If you have a specific question that you need our help with, you can send us a message. To do this, click on Inbox in the extranet or tap More on the Pulse app. " But I can not find any "inbox" in extranet, and tapping "More" on the pulse app does not give any option to send a message???

I had to register a duplicate of my property just to be able to come inside this community, to try to contact booking.com and even the confirmation email about my property registered is impossible to reply to as it is from noreply@booking.com so seems that any way of contacting real people at booking.com is removed :-(

So now I am trying to get help from fellow partners, as that is what booking.com say is the quickest way to get help. But I see that only 3 people have viewed my post from yesterday, and no answers :-(

From your duplicate account, contact Partner Services or send a message to be contacted regarding the duplicate. 

This forum is for general questions regarding Booking.com, unfortunately we are not able to help with specific property requests due to security. Please reach out to the Partner Services team via your extranet for assistance with your specific listing. You can reach them via the Inbox tab in the extranet > Booking.com Messages > See contact options.

Thank you, but no help. As my problem is that I can not find any available option to contact Partner Services. There is no Inbox tab in my extranet !!! It is only endless loops of autobot and links to use Partner forums. Seems like they really do not want to talk to people.

And now in my account the duplicate listing I made of my property is gone, all it says now is gibing me link to register a property. I got a email a few days ago from noreply@booking.com saying that they will review my listing and come back to me. I have not heard anything since that, other than the listing now disappeared, and as the email says, it is not possible to reply to the email from booking.com :-(

If someone at booking.com see this please contact me, as it is impossible for me to reach you :-(

A few days ago I got this message online and in email about my property finished registered:

Then now I only get this:

So it seems like they have rejected my property, maybe because it is a duplicate of an existing listing??? But I got no email or other explanation from booking.com and still no way to answer or contact them. So I still wonder how can I reach someone at booking.com that can help me with the process of reopening the old now inactive/closed property listing instead of recreating the property from scratch?

There are absolutely no clues anywhere in all the autobots and help texts that say anything useful about this!

I have no words to express my disappointment and regret for the behavior and unprofessionalism of Booking's help desk and finance service. Truly unspeakable !!!!!
I spent hours on the phone waiting to be put in communication with someone from the helpdesk in July and August because YOU are in high season! We HOST are perhaps not even in HIGH SEASON !!!!! shame on you. In July I received 4 different information from four of your employees who reassured me that I would receive from BOOKING the transfer of what it is impossible for me to collect from a virtual card. Payment type I DID NOT REQUEST. I just had to wait until September for YOUR administrative LENGTHS. Thinking of speaking with QUALIFIED AND PREPARED staff and not with poor improvised shrews hired the day before, I BELIEVED YOU and waited in vain to receive your written answer and the money. Obviously, DISHONESTLY, you never sent me anything in writing. Luckily I have recorded all the phone calls. In September, not seeing the transfer arrive, I called back and I hear the answer that 'absolutely you will not make me any transfer and ask why I woke up only in September, after two months from my stay' INCREDIBLE !!!!!! Booking punctually pocketed the commissions from my account (because for that you don't have problems of delays due to the high season). Obviously BOOKING takes care to write that if I fail to collect within one year, the amount will be collected by BOOKING itself.
It will be my pleasure to express my opinion and inform the BOOKING user community of the total unreliability of your service so that what happened to me never happens to anyone else in the future and to do this I will use all the media at my disposal. With best regards

Sorry, still no help, as I told you before the issue is that there is no inbox in my Extranet! And no contact options what so ever. No email address, no phone number, no possibility to contact booking.com :-(

so can anyone help me with any kind of contact information to someone at booking.com that is not connected to their disfunctional extranet???

I'm new to booking.com and having the exact same issue. Looks like I will be sticking with Airbnb and VRBO if I can't get help from someone

No "compose new message" in mailbox seems to be a standard practice. "Answered" :)

Hi Paavo, 

You can compose a message via the extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there then click on See Contact Options > select a relevant topic eg. Account > select a relevant subtopic eg. Other > then click see all contact options > Message > write your message.

Nope. Tried that too...it just sends me here to ask the partner community. I've already sought help from the partner community. I want help from an employee....they have this set up so that everyone else can work for them....ha! I get it... have experienced hosts help, but at some point you have to be able to get ahold of real support. Airbnb has a phone number for hosts to call and they aren't shy to help. I'm pretty disappointed as I spent quite a bit of my time listing my properties with Booking.com and now can't seem to push them through because of some sort of bug.

Through the inbox tab (as described above by Janita) you should be able to click 'see your contact options' then 'other' and then 'still need help? See all contact options'. This will give a support number you can call. If for any reason it does not,  you will find a list of public support number numbers listed here on the Partner Hub

Why to give an answer based on "old experiences" not actual software version? Few weeks after my property is not active still.

I close the account after some time probably. Luckily there are other platforms and we are a small business

Please forgive me but I'm not sure what your specific question is, but if you are having trouble reaching the partner support team, you can find a local support phone number through the inbox tab; you should be able to click 'see your contact options' then 'other' and then 'still need help? See all contact options'. This will give a support number you can call.

 

If for any reason it does not,  you will find a list of public support number numbers listed here on the Partner Hub

In Estonia we stopped wasting time for calls like at least 10 years ago. My specific problem is there's no "compose new message" in my and others mailbox. We are unable to contact partners support.

Hi Janita, what you describe as a communication channel is only available once the registration has been validated.  It is the validation process that is the problem.

Hi Kai, I share your frustration.  My registration is 100% complete since 15 september, but I never received a confirmation code (postal services do not distribute mail to home locations since years). I reached out to partner services, who told me they could not help me as I was not yet a Partner.  They referred me to customer services, who did not read my email and gave a standard answer similar to the ones posted above.  Really disappointing.

While I cannot help directly on this forum, if you have registered your property and are waiting for location verification, partner support would be able to assist with alternative options if the postal verification isn't viable - they may need to log a request for your listing to be verified using an alternative method. I understand your frustration and hope the support team can help resolve this quickly for you; I would recommend contacting via phone to discuss again.

Support numbers clearly state: "if you are a customer, call; if you are a partner..." go another round of bugs to get back here. Second is that I do not want waste time for calling. I better delist.

I have listed my property in August. It's October, not verified yet. I don't think I like the idea of sponsoring this sort of business. I better go further public. We are a small enough nation in Estonia for shaming to work. Maybe it will make you see "what the specific problem is".

I have decided to close booking.com account from 31.12.2021 if issue persist, because my account needs some corrections (like putting the correct name into invoices field for commisions etc), but I am unable to contact or correct anything.

Did you try contacting support on the relevant phone number for your country? It sounds like you are based in Estonia so I'll copy paste the number from the link:

I've been trying to contact Booking.com to set up another 6 properties - there are bugs in the Booking.com systems that prevent the registrations from completing. I would get more sense from a tree than from Booking.com support .....
