Go to the extranet > inbox > booking.com msgs then click through the various questions without selecting a category (choose Other i believe) and you will be presented with the telephone numbers for your region.
Hello, you will find contact details for the support team in the extranet where you can choose to send a message, or access the Partner Support phone number. Both options are available by clicking on the Inbox tab, then choosing 'Booking.com Messages'.
You can compose a message to the support team, or find the contact number by clicking 'other options' on the right hand side, and following the prompts.
If for any reason you can't access the extranet, you will find a list of public support number numbers listed here on the Partner Hub.
I am having a nightmare trying to change ownership of a property that was already with Booking.com- it isn't now as I can't seem to get the correct answer they are looking for on the form- its only a short form with a few answers BUT I cannot get it to say what they want - you have the option on the 1st page of the legal company name and then on the 2nd page the property name
It comes back to me with this " the change of ownership cannot be processed with the name of the property as company name for invoicing. Please provide the legal company name or the owners first and last name."
I have put the legal name, just the name of the guest house and my own name in this box, all to no avail, It takes a couple of days to reply and when they do it literally says the same thing !!!!am I being stupid? what on earth do I put in the box ? can anyone help please

The extranet will not work as its not relevant to the set up I have and the local number is French speaking.

I've tried one of the above links to get a uk telephone number. Called - suggest pressing # a few times when it asks for info you dont have. Got through - said to email and they would answer in a few minutes - done - says it takes upto 48 hours.... Frustrating.
Gets worse. Email back for info the system doesnt give. Then email back try extranet and call us - do they not read. Already tried extranet. Called to get the above advise. Talk about going round in circles rathar than answer the question.
