I am not seeing a new listing I recently added on my Extranet dashboard

I have had a account with Booking.com in the past and had a listing which has since been closed.  I recently posted a new listing and when I login to my Extranet account, the old listing is the only one showing on the dashboard.  I have no way of contacting my customers if they have a problem with their bookings.

I think the problem is two accounts were set up using one email address, and the old account was never deleted from my Extranet dashboard.  How can I get Booking.com to fix this issue as i need to be able to access my new listing incase I get bookings.
