i don't see my flat on the website when i look for a room for some dates available


i expected i published my room on the website, but when i want to check if i see my room on the website as any guest would do, i don't find the room as suggestion.

would you pls confirm my room is available for guests and published on the website ?

  • top right 2nd circle menu - click View My listing , 
  • Is there a banner message
  • Review Calendar
  • Request review

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
