before you do its important to understand that it should not be used if you are listed on more than 1 OTA

e.g. BDC, AirBnb. etc

If you are skip that and instead sign up for a channel manager, as this will protect you from double bookings 99.9% of the time

the ical sync on BDC side is not wroth the risk, and is only available when you meet criteria, like only inventory of 1 per room type.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
4. Choose Account
5. Now choose Other
6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Method 3:  *** public main lines via Where you can reach us

the link is not for listing with multiple OTAs.

and the link will not show if you have more than 1 in inventory per room type.

instead you must use a channel manager for 2 or more OTA listings for same property.

this will prevent double bookings 99.99 of the time compared to using the BDC ical sync option which sucks.
