listed property wrong add + can't find listing with outstanding reviews of 10 being shown as 9.5 !!

1. The given add of my guesthouse is correct, the coordinates are OK, but Booking.com has written 'KEYNSHAM' instead of Longwell Green in Bristol. This looks like is affecting any customers search for an accommodation in Bristol not seeing mine listed! 

2. I made a search and COULD NOT find my property on the 5 pages of listed properties! 

3. The reviews have been wonderful earning 10/10 and yet relegated to 9.5 by Booking, Why??? Is it because we are new? and have not given enough trade to Booking?

I find these anomalies disappointing and upsetting.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
