Location verification process delay

My property has been unbookable since 25 November 2021 due to the location verification process. We are in south Africa. Please help

Hi, I am sorry to hear of your frustrations with the location verifications. We have had a huge influx of requests for verifications with new properties listing and currently have a backlog for this. We are aware of the extended time this is taking due to the increase in demand for it and apologise for the delay. The team are working tirelessly to get this rectified as soon as possible, however I do not have a time frame for how long it may take them to reach out to you I am sorry. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi, I too have been closed for verification since Dec 4th so totally understand you're frustration. However, today I finally got my video verification and they open your property immediately after. They also called exactly on time too. I know this doesn't help towards your situation but I wanted to share this with you with a hope that it may reassure you that they are dealing with the problem albeit not as quick as we needed. I really pray they sort I for you soon as I feel your pain.  Best wishes
