login problems

I've tried to contact booking. com New Zealand number for the whole day.  Just see if any luck to get in touch from here.     We are the property owner just take over a backpacker yesterday. property number 177283.  City Travelers on 146 Karangahape Road , Auckland Central, New Zealand.  The old owner removed all of their information and I received an invitation email to set up the new registration.  I registed user name as Citytravelers. But it has two verifications requirement, one is my login details and next is a phone call or msg for the pin. unfortunately, the number has been cancelled long time ago. None of us can login right now without that number. could you please help as we are getting customer request but couldn't reply.  some of them want to check in today.  booking number is 3875508715 Please let me know how to reset. Thanks.
