Need help setting up first 5 listings here were a 500k business operating on airbnb atm but considering a move need help
I just need phone assistance re setting up 5 properties, the help and FAQ is useless as theres errors problems all over the place. I need to speak to an account manager if they want my buisness.
The booking help line was unable to help they had no understanding of what to do
I have to say im not impressed in the slightest atm with Booking.com re how hard it is to get support i can only worry when something goes wrong theres no phone support for hosts nor even a chat feature.

Support is very poor and set to worsen as BDC farms out the property support to a third party who will have even less knowledge...
I seem to sense that like ive rung support saying hey you interested in 5 intially mby later 20 listings moving over to boooking.com 250-1 mill in bookings per annum what can you offer... no reply.
You could, like us, have dozens of properties. BDC will not bend over backwards for you.
You can set up your first property, then add a second. Contact BDC to get them to create a Group Account before adding any more.
You will have a long, hard battle with them to get them to allow Payments by Booking.com and then another battle over damage deposits (took us 2.5 years to get BDC to take damage deposits for us). You will find bugs all over the place. Disappearing settings. Calendar sync that simply doesn't work and won't be fixed.
You will need to stand your ground. Insist on certain things before each property is opened for bookings. Never open without the damage deposits. Never open without taking payment up front with Payments by Booking.com. Never open unless bookings are non-refundable.
Expect to add properties gradually, not all at once.
VRBO is a booking channel that is going places with systems that work and good support.
From the outside looking in, it seems BDC is quickly disappearing up their own xxxx-xxxx!
