NEVER RECEIVING SMS, IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY ASSISTANCE FROM BOOKING.COM

FOR MANY YEARS I HAVE USED WEB BASED PLATFORMS (BANK, TRADING, BOOKINGS... ETC) BUT NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

I CANNOT USE ANY OF THE HOST SERVICES AS THEY ALL REQUIRE SMS VERIFICATION. I NEVER RECEIVE SMS AND IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH ANYONE AT BOOKING.COM TO ASSIST.

DID ANYONE EXPERIENCED THE SAME?

HOW DID YOU PROCEED?

Hi Ionut,

I've come across a situation like that. The phone number that was used for verification was actually a landline, not a handphone number. You can go to the Extranet and take a look. Top right hand corner, look for Account, and click into Contacts. You should see your contact information for verification purpose.

My mobile number in their system is correct, as they have called me but didn't solve the issue. Even to open the Contacts page the website asks for mobile verification. The whole experience is a nightmare. Nothing works.
