Pet limit per property

Hi All

I've just joined booking.com and am setting my account up.

I am trying to set up a limit for allowing 2 pets free of charge. I can find the allow pets bit but cannot see a way of limiting the numbers of pets.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

  • Note incase you dont know make sure to close rooms now before continuing setup as bookings can come in right now if a rate plan and 1 room exist. many get caught out on this.
  • Yes correct the policies setting for pets is only back and white.
  • However you can leverage the NEW Reservation template to add a section on your Pets Policy and define it all there.
    • consider defining exactly pet types allowed etc.
  • Also add a photo with text to gallery "Max 2 Pets -Free"

Thanks for reaching out. 

I would suggest setting up a messaging template via Property > Messaging Preferences so guests are aware. You can also request for additional wording to be added by the content team for room descriptions and fine print as well.
