Property location verification take more than 45 days ? Is it same for world wide ?
Why is it taking more than 45days to do location verification
customer support of booking.com says does not have man power to do this work
my property is in close status for more than 45 days now... I still not receive the mail with pin code.
is anyone facing the same issue out there ?
Hey I have just recently joined booking.com and my apartment has been closed for the same reason any advice on speeding process up anyone

please submit your request for a location verification via the messaging function.
You can compose a message via the extranet under Inbox > Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there then click on See Contact Options > select a relevant topic eg. Account > select a relevant subtopic eg. Other > then click see all contact options > Message > write your message.
We appreciate your understanding and patience and we will be escalating the handling of the location verification procedure.
