Property Verification - huge issue, pls help!
Hi!
A couple of months ago ( July 2021 to be precise), I have signed up on Booking.com with 2 of my properties - unfortunately I am still not able to go through the property verification process... I have contacted the help line around 5 times now and each time they tell me that they are not able to give any estimate when the verification is going to happen - the approximate waiting time in July was 2-2.5 months. Apparently I have hit some kind of algorithm that detected I am a fraud because I have two apartments under the same address (that is what the help line has told me). It has been 3 months now and still I have no information - moreover today I have noticed that my draft listings have been deleted from my account - all of the hours I have spent preparing them are just gone and I am stuck.
Has anyone been in a similar situation?

As this is a real and very persistent subject, if you look at all the messages on this board. Therefore real help should be provided, instead of generic referrals to contact Partner Services.
