Pulse and email notifications

Hey there.

I am new to the Booking world, as I just became owner of an apartment which has been listed on Booking for a while now. We want to continue listing, I started proceedings to become new owner, until those are done, current owner has made me co admin. All went well at the start, but for a while now I don’t get Pulse or email notifications for : new reservations, new reviews, reservation cancels. If I open Pulse, I see the activity without issues, but notifications are helpful. Any idea what could have happened and how do I get them to work again. Note: I did not mess with the settings, Notifications on my phone are properly set.

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
