We recently created a profile on your platform for our new site
Name Dream Apartments,
Kraków, ul. Szujskiego 1.
Particularly: Dream Apartments - 7733878,

after completing the information, we received a message that to confirm our actual location booking will send us a letter with a code, but unfortunately, to date, we have not received any letter.

May it is possible to do this verification in a different way (to request a video method alternative)?

We already cooperate with another operator AIRBNB. I can send you a link to our property AD there.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
