Verification of location

I am new to Booking.com. I have had a message to inform me that I will be getting a verification of location visit and despite emailing booking.com I cannot get any further information i.e. how long this will take. I have attempted to change my location on google maps etc but cannot get it to pick up my house, other nearby houses are identified instead. Meanwhile my property is closed to bookings. This is quite frustrating. Can anyone help please.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thank you for your help. I did manage to get through to someone yesterday and their response was reassuring but if I don't hear back again soon then I will look to take action on your advice. Many thanks.
