Verification process

I joined about a month ago & was told that as I had clicked 'go live' that my property would be listed and advertised as soon as it had been verified. Since then I have had no contact from anyone and I can't get hold of a phone number to talk with anyone.

In short - I have no bookings because my property is not advertised yet

How do I get out of this very frustrating mess

Hi Michael,

We apologize for the delay in getting your property live on our platform. After you join, you need to confirm your property's location to make sure guests can easily find it on arrival. Depending on your location, we’ll either reach out to you through a call or post you a letter with the verification information you need to complete the process. If you don’t have access to postal services or immediate access to the property, you’ll need to contact us so we can arrange an alternative way of verifying your address.

To find a dedicated phone number to call, log in to the extranet, click on Inbox and then click on Booking.com messages. We don’t publish these phone numbers here because we only offer this service to current partners.

I did click on inbox and then booking.com messages to get the phone number but all I get is a message saying 'you have no messages' - I need to talk to someone about this as I need my property to go live. Please can you help, other than the above advice as I have followed this but didn't get anywhere - Can you give me a phone number ? - My property is in South of France but I am in the UK

That's actually the incorrect answer, as it takes you to the public international list...


Away from your dedicated local partner support contact options.


When you go to the Inbox menu on Extranet you go to booking messages,


Then on right Pane click ,See Contact Options, 

Then when the scenarios list of topics appear you pick relevant,  then subtopic.


Then it gives message option, but you can persist through the options to get Call option to Then reveal a phone number.


This is no different to an I.V.R. phone system used by many support companies

By default a letter by post is issued to your property address, up to 5 weeks, then ask for video method would be the normal next step.


However we were told recently this video method was suspended in order to clear backlog of requests
