You can simply add your Pre-payment or payment methods into the New Reservation Termplate, and be sure to spell it out clearly and fully the process and time limits (24h min if not Last Minute).
As it is your policy to take prepayment and or how you want to be paid by Guest,. BdC can mind their own business on that!
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.
