What do I do my guests booked for 4 and arrived with 10

can you elaborate on property type,  etc

but in general its a hard one to call at times , depending on what your listing actually says.

Is there any thing about having guests, 4 having 6 friends meet up is one thing .

actually staying over night is another.

You could ask for a deposit as they are more than the booked number 

You could ask them to leave by midnight each day , the extra 6 as they 'are not insured'.

Be Creative so as to not get into an argument.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
