Adding New Properties in Group Account - A Fix At Last!
We have a Group Account with multiple properties. In November, a bug appeared that prevented us from completing the registration of new properties - they got to 90% complete, and then we got a pop up message saying "It looks like something went wrong. Please try again".
12 weeks later, BDC have finally provided a fix. We have a new login for our Group Account and are now able to add new properties again.
It's a relief, but should never have taken 12 weeks ......

Except ..... added the very basics of 10 new properties .... hadn't set all the details, the policies, the pricing .... hadn't ticked the Yes/No for the millions of facilities / amenities .... just the bare basics .... and then BDC promptly told us that 3 properties were being terminated for breach of terms ....
You couldn't make up the incompetence of BDC ....
This doesn't sound promising for a new booking agent company!
It's just normal BDC ..... bearing in mind we've had multiple properties on BDC for a few years now, so we're not beginners ..... it's just normal BDC service .... it's what they do ....
