Dear booking.com team,
for the Radisson Blu Hotel Basel, Switzerland I would like to request an overview of the development of our rating score (ideally by month). As I can only pull last 12 months in the extranet it would be much appreciated if you could sent me the score from 01/2017 until 12/2020.

Hi ,Janita - Accou… when you say contact account manager you do mean contact partner support via extranet inbox right?
Else how does a partner determine who their account manager is and what the contact options are for them?
