Booking approvals by owner before confirmation
Hi,
Is there a way host/owners is able to approve booking themselves to better manage and have control over who is booking? I find it difficult when this is managed by booking.com because I've had few guest misconduct and even when reporting and blocking them, booking.com still allows them to book again and I sort that being violation of my rights as a host.
Please provide clarity because with other platforms I am able to accept or decline bookings that I'm comfortable with.
