Booking.com cancelled my account
I wrote the invoice number wrong on my payment and they cancelled my account.
I informed them about the mistake and sent them proof of payment but now they tell me that i have to wait for their accounting department to review the case before they restore my account.
It's been 20 days and still nothing from them.
They cannot say when the matter will be resolved.
I'm loosing thousands of Euros because of one wrong digit on the payment form.

Your answer is not helpful at all.
One should assume that i have already contacted them using the tools you suggest.
I sent messages multiple times and i have called partners support many times about my problem.
All i hear is that they are very sorry for the problem but they cannot do anything to help me.
They tell me to wait until the finance team reviews my very first message ,which i sent them on 24/8/21.
They also tell me that they don't know when this will be resolved.
And i'm asking:
If Booking.com does not have enough people working in their financial department in order to provide us partners with a fair service then why on earth do they keep the practice of closing people's accounts?
Let me do my job and when you are ready to review my case call me to see who is right and who is not.
This disrespect towards their partners is unprecedented.
