Error While Listing Property On Booking.com // Error "It looks like something went wrong. Please try again"

Dear All,

I am Sonal from "Shivam Villa" Lonavala, India. 

I was trying to list my property on booking.com but while listing it and submitting all the information, it was showing some error message at the last step. "It looks like something went wrong. Please try again"

I have tried out multiple times to create a new listing and submitting it again, but still showing this same error message.

Please find the attached screenshots of the error message. 

Is there anyone who can help me out to get resolved this?

best to contact Partner Support for  assistance 

 

 

Never post action requests here, no one in BdC Partner Support team nor Finance Team have visibility here.

 

Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Stop advicing to contact the SUPPORT, they are useless and they dont even listen what's the issue. I never find a BDC agent competent. i been trying to solve the same issue since 1 year now and still same bug. I cant list my property on Booking.com. Fortunately Airbnb is always fully booked with the same property and even cheaper fees than this BDC service
