Guest Damages In Excess Of Deposit

A guest hosted a party in my apartment. In the one bedroom apartment they hosted 9 people.

The income for the 2 day stay was about 121USD. They damaged furnisher, they even put fists through a door, communal property in the complex. I had to have BDC cancel a week guest booking. The cost to fix the damages and the booking income loss cost me 1500USD.

I have submitted the evidence to BDC. What is disappointing is that BDC is no communicating on what steps they are taking against this genius member.

What suggestions are there via BDC to get recovery of the monies
